Painting Notes

Painting Demonstrations

I will be doing a demonstration for the South Bay Watercolor Society on March 12 at the Torrance Art Center.

I am looking to do more fun events at the various Michaels stores I teach at for the Girl scouts, Cub Scouts and Boy scouts. If you are a Scout (or other group) leader and want to arrange for an art event call and let me know and we can come up with something unique and original.

Grumbacher Paint Sale

Apparently Grumbacher paint is currently on sale at Michaels at 40 percent off open stock (individual tubes). I believe this sale lasts until the 11th so might be a good time to stock up.

New Afternoon Class in Aliso Viejo

By request I have added a daytime class in Aliso Viejo - Thursdays at Noon until 2, then I am off to Santa Ana for the 4:00 Kids class.

Wednesday Night Painting Class

The class size will be limited to ten people. I am open to doing an afternoon class there is enough people are interested. I understand from the request I have recieved that school gets out early Wednesday for some area residents but I need a minimum number of 4 students to start a new class

The rose painting seemed a bit more complicated than I would have suspected. I will have to do a painting demonstration with that one.

Huntington Beach

It is a bit chaoctic with the renovation in there but classes are still going on every Saturday
